Diet
Omnivorous, eat a variety of plants and animals. In the wild grass and acacia leaves make up the birds’ staple diet, and they also eat a variety of insects. Those include ants, beetles, cockroaches, crickets, grasshoppers, ladybugs, and millipedes.
